Doorstep Pickup — How it works
- We come to your door to collect the item — no need to visit a store or courier
- A small pickup & reshipping fee applies for all exchanges
- Exact charges will be shared when you raise your request
- Domestic pickups only — within India
- Pickup scheduled within 1–2 business days of approval
- Our mistake? Pickup & reshipping are completely free if we sent a wrong or defective item
Conditions
- Request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
- Item must be unused, unwashed, with original tags
- Not applicable on used, altered, or final sale items
