At 21C, we aim to process and deliver your orders as quickly and reliably as possible.

Order Processing

Most ready-to-ship Products are dispatched as soon as possible after your order is confirmed.

Products that are made to order, where applicable, may take up to 5 business days to be dispatched.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared through the contact information provided with your order, where available.

Delivery Timeline

After dispatch, orders within India are generally delivered within:

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier serviceability, public holidays, weather conditions, sale periods or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Early Delivery Requests

Orders are processed in the sequence in which they are received.

We are generally unable to prioritise individual orders or guarantee delivery earlier than the estimated delivery timeline.

If you need an order for a specific occasion or date, we recommend placing your order sufficiently in advance.

21C will not be responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the Customer.

Multiple Product Orders

If your order contains multiple Products, they may occasionally be shipped or delivered separately depending on availability and fulfilment requirements.

Delivery Delays

While we make every reasonable effort to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur because of courier or logistical circumstances outside our control.
