How can I track my order?

No, we do not offer customisation services.
Can I exchange my product for a different size?

Do you accept Cash on Delivery? What are the payment methods you accept?
We do not offer COD currently. We do accept other payment methods including UPI, debit cards, and credit cards through our secure payment gateway.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it is been placed?

What is your refund policy?
We do not provide refunds. We offer exchanges only for products with size issues or if the product is damaged. If we do not have the required size in stock for an exchange, we will provide a refund or a credit voucher to use for a future purchase.
