1. Eligibility

21C offers apparel and related products through the Website.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that Product descriptions, photographs, colours, specifications, prices and other information displayed on the Website are accurate.

However, the actual colour of a Product may vary slightly from what appears on your device due to differences in screen settings, lighting, photography and display technology.

Minor variations in fabric texture, colour, measurements or finish may also occur where they are inherent to the nature of the fabric or manufacturing process.

Such variations do not affect any rights available to you where a Product is defective, damaged, incorrect or materially different from the Product ordered.

4. Sizing and fit

The fit of clothing may vary depending on the Product's fabric, cut, design and style.

Customers are requested to review the relevant Size Guide and Product information before placing an order.

Measurements provided on the Website are intended to assist you in selecting an appropriate size and may be subject to reasonable manufacturing tolerances.

5. Pricing

All Product prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

Prices, discounts, offers and availability of Products may change from time to time without prior notice.

The price applicable to your order will be the price displayed at the time the order is placed, subject to correction of genuine technical or pricing errors.

Any applicable taxes, shipping fees, delivery charges or other charges will be displayed as required before completion of your purchase.

Adding a Product to a cart or wishlist does not reserve the Product or guarantee its price or availability.

6. Orders

Placing an order through the Website constitutes an offer by you to purchase the selected Product(s).

After an order is placed, you may receive an order confirmation by email, SMS, WhatsApp or another communication method.

Receipt of an automated order confirmation does not prevent us from subsequently cancelling an order where there is a legitimate reason to do so.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in circumstances including:

If we cancel an order for which payment has already been successfully received, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method or otherwise processed in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable law.

7. Payment

Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways, checkout providers, banks, UPI services or other payment service providers.

The payment options available to you will be displayed during checkout.

21C does not directly control banking networks, UPI networks, card networks or third-party payment systems.

If a payment is debited from your account but the order is not successfully confirmed, please contact us with the relevant transaction details. We will reasonably assist in verifying the transaction with the relevant payment service provider.

Any refund relating to a failed or reversed transaction may also be subject to processing timelines of the relevant bank or payment provider.

Nothing in this section limits rights available to you under applicable law.

8. Order cancellation

Orders may be processed quickly after they are placed.

Cancellation requests, where permitted, will be handled according to the Cancellation Policy applicable at the time of purchase.

An order that has already been shipped or handed over to the delivery partner may not be eligible for cancellation unless otherwise required under applicable law.

21C also reserves the right to cancel an order in the circumstances described under the “Orders” section above.

9. Shipping and delivery

We deliver Products to serviceable locations through third-party courier and logistics partners.

Estimated shipping and delivery timelines displayed on the Website or communicated after an order is placed are estimates and may vary depending on:

• Customer location;
• Courier availability;
• Public holidays;
• Weather conditions;
• Operational disruptions;
• High-volume sale periods;
• Government restrictions; or
• Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We will make reasonable efforts to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe.

For orders containing multiple Products, items may be delivered separately.

Responsibility for the Product passes to the Customer upon successful delivery, subject to rights available under applicable consumer law.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information.

Additional delivery charges may apply if a shipment has to be re-dispatched due to an incorrect address, repeated delivery failure attributable to the Customer or another reason stated in our Shipping Policy, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
